Single room to rent for girl

Room is only for December and January but longer stay may be possible (we are not sure yet).
The room has a single bed, a desk and a big wardrobe. It is medium-size and very light. The flat is to be shared with a young couple in their twenties, one Spanish and one English-speaker. The flat has a kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc…), bathroom and a big lounge.
The flat is cute, fully furnished and is very light. It has wifi for the Internet and heating.
Rent is 370 (plus bills) and it’s a deposit of 400 €, (which will be given back to you when you leave).

Se alquila habitación individual

La habitación es sólo para diciembre y enero aunque es posibles que sea por más tiempo (todavía no lo sabemos).
El dormitorio consta de cama individual, mesa y un armario grande. Es de tamaño mediano y muy luminosa.
El piso está muy bien y se comparte con una pareja (veinteañeros) y consta de cocina (microondas, lavavajillas, lavadora…), cuarto de baño y un amplio salón.
Todo el piso está amueblado y es muy luminoso. Hay conexión wifi a Internet y calefacción.
El precio son 370€ (màs gastos) y una fianza de 400€.
